Upland Construction Group is proud to offer our clients full Project Management from concept to completion. With over 20 years of experience in the residential and light commercial field we continue to see a void where Home and Property owners struggle with "Where do we start?" or "How do we execute our project plan?" In our current market conditions everything from obtaining a building permit, variances, securing the bids, and selecting the right contractor can be very difficult. Our role makes the experience much less stressful and in most cases less expensive . Our process is transparent and straight forward. We charge our clients a Project Management Fee based on the level of management needed. Included in that fee we will obtain all necessary permits, prepare budgets, obtain multiple quotes for all facets of the project, complete frequent site visits to ensure timelines and quality are up to par. We will provide weekly progress updates from start to finish! Communication is the key to our success working with you to ensure your vision comes to fruition.
